Leap Wireless International, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Cricket Communications (“Leap Wireless”), respect the privacy of users of their products and services. We do not currently share your personally-identifiable information (such as your name, address, billing information and other information that we may gather from you) with third parties that are unaffiliated with Leap Wireless. We are, however, constantly striving to enhance the quality and selection of the products and services that we offer to you as our customer. LEAP WIRELESS, IN CONNECTION WITH THE POTENTIAL SALE OR TRANSFER OF ITS INTERESTS, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL OR TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR ADDRESS, NAME, AGE, SEX, ZIP CODE, STATE AND COUNTRY OF RESIDENCY AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE THROUGH OTHER COMMUNICATIONS) TO A THIRD PARTY ENTITY THAT (1) WILL USE SUCH INFORMATION ONLY IN RELATION TO ITS WIRELESS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES; (2) AGREES TO BE LEAP WIRELESS’S SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST WITH REGARD TO THE MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY LEAP WIRELESS; AND (3) AGREES TO THE OBLIGATIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
